RCJ Bingka from Balasan, Iloilo

A bingka so delicious you'd want a big serving of it. Good thing RCJ's bingka which is based in Balasan, Iloilo has a bigger version which is sold for around PhP80 (it's Php100 now 2015). It is popular even in Iloilo that they used to have a stall in the vicnity of Jaro Plaza. It is characterized by its very milky consistency and full of grated coconut meat. They are sold in the regular "serving" of 8p[ cs for PhP20.
