Sinigang na Lechon Kawali at Bauhinia

The goodness of two delicious Pinoy specialties in a single bowl - Sinigang na Lechon Kawali . Bauhinia Filipino Cuisin e at The Avenue Complex creates this sinfully delicious concoction combining the the crunch of lechon kawali in a merry mix of vegetables and sour broth of a sinigang . The order comes with the broth poured at the table, lest you want to save same crispy  lechon kawali. You can even adjust the sourness to suit your taste and even ask for additional broth. The medley of the vegetables, broth and the lechon kawali makes this a fave order whenever I find my self at Bauhinia. Extra rice please! Recipes >>> LECHON KAWALI  | SINIGANG

As time went by it has veered away from the traditional flavour into something hip, fun and sometimes " just experimental" - yes, there's Peanut Butter and Jelly Wings somewhere.   Bourbon Street at The Avenue in Smallville recently launched their own take in making this American classic a lot more fun and delicious. Dubbed as Wicked Wings, these three flavors will surely tickle your tastebuds and even ask for more! Of course I have to star with my favorite which until now I am craving for - Garlic Parmesan. Crispy fried chicken coated with parmesan cheese  and garlic that gives a burst of delicious flavour in every bite (I can still tas
