Oyster Boy may not be a restaurant that serves Ilonggo cuisine nor it is owned by Ilonggos but it some way it continues the onslaught of Iloilo gastronomy in the big city. It is evident in their menu that Iloilo is their main source of seafoods especially that one that makes it name - oysters. They claim they oysters are sourced and flown daily from Iloilo. And so are their danggit , dried squid and palad .
