Krystal Ice: Eat's more than halo-halo

In Iloilo City, Krystal Ice is synonymous with halo-halo and other cold desserts. It's said that it is the foodshop that halo-halo built. If Im not mistaken it started around mid 1990's when they opened their store at the newest mall that time, The Atrium at the Capitol. Soon it became a "hotspot" for cold desserts most especially with their halo-halo. But cold desserts aren't the only gastronomical items they serve. They also serve short orders like burgers and pasta plus pinoy combo meals like the "silogs" to even fish combo meals and soupy dishes. This is to compete with the adjacent store, which is more established and more popularfor their halo-halo, Chowking. Pancakes and hot drinks are now part of their breakfast/all day food items.
