Lobo-lobo I dont dont why it came to be called as such, but lobo-lobo is good for torta or sinabawan with kamatis and sibuyas , provided you wrapped them in banana leaves or else you'll end up with an unappetizing dish. Dalupani I consider this to be the big brother of sap-sap. Looks almost the same and it can be cooked much alike, sinabawan, sinugba and pinirito , as shown
