This is just my take on the ad I saw on TV about instant pancit canton toppings for a new way serving it. Since I wanted it to be more "healthy" I opted for boiled okra. But it didn't go as planned; overestimated the quantity of okra and added some leftover pasta so that it looked different. But in the end it was the okra that made the day since I poured sesame oil and topped it with fried garlic.
