'Tis this time of the year when Ilonggos experience chocolate overload and choco bliss as Tinapayan Bakeshop celebrates their annual Chocolate Festival dubbed as "Sinful Desires". Each week a chocolate cake, two special chocolate squares and a chocolate pastry or bread is highlighted by the bakery serving as a guide for their chocoholic patrons.
It was last July when Tinapayan gave us bloggers, a preview and taste of the cakes, bars and squares they will present during the ChocoFest. The cakes come visually good and with enticing names like Choco Hazel Nut Torte, Choco Cherry Jubilee, Choco Reese's Crumble Torte, After Eight Torte (Choco Mint) and Choco Banana Split. They were all good but I pick the choco mint and banana split as my ultimate faves.

Culinary schools will again battle it all out in creating the most delectable and most visually appealing cake designed on a specific theme.
