Half of the shops perimeter is lined with choiced among the city's pasalubong brand and mostly it has biscuits, cookied and sweets of all kinds.
One can get Biscocho Haus' butterscotch and yema to Mama's Kitchens' chewies and crunchies to Trappists products plus other varieties and brands, literally, within steps. The middle portion has two shelves having some bottled pasalubong, dried seafood, shirts, keychain and other sweets.
For variety and convenience, this is a top recommendation where to buy pasalubong, whatever those maybe. They even have these pasalubong boxes upon request (and free of charge too). Simple as it may seem, yet the drive is there to highlight "Iloilo". Also they already have pasalubong boxes with different products like butterscotch from Biscocho haus, barquillos from Deocampo's, galletas and hojaldres from Panaderia de Molo, etc. Each ready filled box costs around 300 pesos.

Update: Deco's has another pasalubong shop at the Four Season Hotel. I've only learned about this days ago, though it might have been there for months or years.
