A quick fix for breakfast. A local brand of chorizo (Cares) cooked in the microwave for around a minute, rice mixed with sesame oil and sauce from leftover sweet and sour fish, and tomatoes as sides. Too bad our fridge was egg-less that time, it could have been a more complete meal.

This is the kind of chorizo I love; sweet and "oozing" with the fat. It actually has a skin but the microwave oven automatically "peeled" them off after a minute or so.
