Hanggop is a relatively new term for me. It was in Weekend Pastime that I got to know what it really is; just fried balingon mixed with tomatoes and onions. I already have a blog entry for hanggop under a different term but seeing it on the table today was too tempting not to blog.

Everything just went its way and I ended with another plated meal. Those shrimps were just for decoration plus I added some calamansi juice concentrate to have some variety in flavour.

So just enjoy what I already did and had today.
