An unlikely title for a blog that deals mainly on food and more food. These plates show what I do when there's so much food to be eaten especially during fiestas and other occasions where everything is eat all you can.Obviously missing or in very minimal quantity is rice, not even a spoon of the staple of the Filipino diet. It's usually how my plate looks like no matter if its in a hotel buffet or family gathering. A common way of dieting is to do away with the "carbs" component or have them in minute amounts like a spoon or two.
Most of the time its the former I tend to do. Or at times I pile other "substitute" that would serve as "fillers" like tons of chicken or fruits. So that's dieting without even trying for my part. What about yours?
