After being disappointed with the Dinagayng result (I was rooting for either Bola-bola or Ilonganon to win), an unexpected late dinner treat came that lifted our spirits. When I knew we were going to Uncle Tom's it was getting better and better, for it is still on my list of restos to be visited but never had the chance to be there.

Served hot and crisp with minimal breading and tons of gravy, it one of best fried chicken I've tasted. It’s worth the price though more expensive than most at Php92 for single chicken and around PhP135 for double combo meals, but it is really worth it.And I won’t give a second thought of coming back again and again and again.

(Thanks to incognito_rn of ssc for this late dinner)
