Tuna with the goodness of "corned beef". This is now the battlecry of the two brands of corned tuna out in the market. Being a tuna addict, I was curious how it would taste. My previous entry on Century corned tuna has me say that they really smelled like their beef coutner part and tastes almost like one on the first "bite" but eventually becomes more and more like tuna.
But that was just the plain variety I just garnished with onions. Now this one is straight from the can and I didn't add anything to make it "unadulterated". Here's the chili variety with the onions clearly visible. No big difference in the taste and not quite "chili" at all. It lacks the "kick" of the hot and spicy century tuna flakes in oil.
