My first entries on Floyd's were nothing special. I even said that I don’t like their barbecue. But then things changed after my next few visits for I am starting to like one of their best sellers, pork barbecue.

I had brunch at Floyd's during Kasadyahan right after the mall opened and while everyone was still watching the said festivity. So I had the pleasure of being there when it is not yet full packed, a rare occurrence especially during lunch and dinner times. I got myself a double pork barbecue combo (PhP50), an extra java rice (PhP15) and probably the cheapest glass iced tea for a place of with this ambiance, only PhP12.

It came with a bowl of soup and few atachara strands which I finished in just a single "bite". Both free side dishes were actually good and whipped up my appetite. It was a delicious meal that came with a view of the Capitol and some of the festivities below.

I finished my first cup of rice eating only half a stick of the barbecue since I am a matipid-sa-ulam eater. In the end, I still had a whole pork barbecue which capped off that visit to Floyd's that day. And I might also be coming back for more.
