Always the brand of choice when we make ice(d) box(ed) cake at home eversince. I never tasted nor seen any homemade refrigerator cake using any other brands.
Mainly because it is more porous than most brands that makes it more like of a hardened chiffon cake rather than being a "cookie" and that makes it ideal since it can absorb more cream.
But even on its own I find this one a treat since it is soft and almost melts in your mouth.This is just an update since my first entry had pictures that didn't give justice to this broas.
