One of my favorite all around meat dishes for it's easy to cook with simple ingredients. Just saute ground pork and add saba cubes. This was actually an on the spot, last minute meal for lunch today. I just love eating them mixed with rice. Some other variations would be the ones "swimming" in oil with finely ground meat and at times I like adding calamansi juice to add some "tang".
