I was looking for a snack when some leftover lettuce got my attention upon opening the fridge. So I made my usual dressing of mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, ketchup and pickle relish. The cheese was a last minute topping when I found out there was small piece left.

Usually I use Miracle Whip or Mayo Magic brands since I love their sweet-tangy flavour (so no need for vinegar and sugar). But the mayo I used today was the usual (bland tasting for me) mayo so I added vinegar and sugar. This is also the same concoction I use as dips (for carrots, cucumber, etc) and when ever I make coleslaw.
Okay, I have to share this. This is actually my second salad plate since the photos of the my first weren't that good. LOL
