Simple desserts turned into something difficult.

Strawberry jams come in throves everytime a balikbayan package arrives. Often it just takes space in the fridge even with a just spoonful being used, so one day I thought of making it into something more easily edible. With bananas also a staple at the table, a strawberry-banana combo ice cream didn't look bad (and tasted bad) after all.

I woke up, one day, with mangoes on red and green cream layers between grahams floating in my mind, so I decided to make up my thoughts, literally. The gelatin, however, were last minute additions.
