The first time I tried this Bourbon Street appetizer, it wasn't really that appetizing. It was mainly the sauce that didn't work for me. But a chance of meeting owner John Que of Bourbon Street gave me the "good" news that the sauce was reinvented and a chance to have another go with it.

The reinvention was great aside from the taste, it also was presented well. It received the most "thumbs up" that time though an additional "hotness" would have been.

Just a few days after, I was back, together with my guests from Manila and I got my wish since the buffalo wings we ad that time was reminiscent of the buffalo wings I loved. So I'm ready for my next visit and hopefully it will be as good as the last two visits!
