It was supposedly to be made as ensalada but it never materialized due to reasons I don't know, so we had tons of shredded langka left at the fridge. So what to do with it? Just use your imagination like what I/we did - lol.
Only I can think of this very weird dish - langka "spaghetti". Lucky enough there was a bowl of left-over spaghetti sauce so I just poured it over the shredded langka to make this uh? dish. Despite it looks, it was good for it was the sauce that brought life to it but you can still taste the essence of the langka. Another one is just plain and simple adobo. Just cook it using your own adobo techniques and you'll have another healthy adobo recipe.
So anything more I can with it?
