Since March 2008, FOOD magazine has embarked on a much braver thrust, that is bringing the delights of regional cuisine to its readers here and abroad. With feature stories on the popular and uniques dishes of each region, this is not only a gastronomic delight but also a feast for the eyes and the mind as well. It also brings a sense of pride to these featured places since then with Iloilo being the "buena mano" issue.
