Two days ago, I almost ran out of idea what to do with my canned tuna. I was about to make my usual sauteed tuna when I thought of making something that needed no cooking, a salad. I just mixed my tuna with the available items from the fridge; bell peppers, white onions, pickle relish, carrots, cheese, ranch dressing and mayonnaise.
The apple was a last minute addition because it was too worksome to boil some potatoes unlike just slicing the apples. I usually place slices of apple whenever I make my tuna sandwich to add some texture, so this one was a blast!
