I was really excited when I saw this sort of cart at Coffeebreak last Dinagyang. I know it would be for an ice cream but gelato wasn't first in mind. But finally it was a trip to Nothing But Desserts at The Avenue that confirmed it. And knowing that both of these specialty foodshops have the same owner, it would be another shared item on their menus.
Finally got my 3rd flavour (Mango Cheesecake), after Caramel and Tiramisu, over a Belgian cone and just like with all other gelatos I've had before, it was nothing spectacular. Just "plain" ice cream but with attractive toppings. Though its the least expensive gelato I had for PhP50 per cup or cone, but it stills worth it .... for curiosity's sake.
Available in all Coffeebreak branches and Nothing But Desserts.
