One of the most popular variation of ginisang monggo has coconut milk and jackfruit. These two adds more flavour and texture as the coconut milk makes it more malinamnam while jackfruit (langka) provides the "bite". Most often malunggay leaves provide the "greens" and shrimps make it more nutritious and healthy. But I won't say no if it has pork slices especially with the fat and skin part. More rice please....
