I can't seem to get over my previous recipe so I made another one today but with slight variation. I just added tomato sauce to my "spanish style fried sardines pasta". After tasting it, (I thought) only capers and olives were missing and it would pass as a puttanesca. Now I have another recipe in mind.
Except for the slight reddish hue, it looks like my last pasta dish. Even the presentation is almost a carbon copy. Now I'm hungry!
