Now who doesn't want delicious yet easy to prepare desserts. Like the alsmost staple buko-pandan combination that almost is becoming the national dessert as one may find it in all occasions; from fiesta to birthday and places from simple restaurants to the poshest buffets in hotels. I like my buko pandan, subtle not too sweet for me to appreciate the buko and the pandan essence in the gelatine.
Then of course fresh fruits, like papaya which never seem to be out of season. Whenever we have excess ripe papya at home, it often becomes an instant ice cream. But ofcourse fresh papayas still are the best!
