Two days ago, we had fried porkchops garnished with onions. Funny that I craved for those onions and not those chops since then. I woke up yesterday still thinking and craving so I decided to make a small batch. Good thing we had white onions so I just fried them in sweet blend Star margarine and it really became caramelized. I had salted egg with tomatoes on the side.
