It was surprising to have seen those little bangus over the kitchen counter as opposed to the usual big ones we usually buy. But it didn't surprise me the least when these little bangus were made into "sardinas".
Though havent been able to see how it done I just theorized that all ingredients were added to the bangus before it was pressure cooked. Just the sauce alone would make me finish a plate of rice! Would you believe that the most vivid memory of home-made bangus sardines dates back when I was still a kid?
