And today, I was excited to have seen a stall selling my favorite hotcakes this early.

What makes this a must-buy is that I only find them during this time of the year in our town. (just like bibingka that appears in our town only during Holy Week). Though once in a while whenever Im in the city I might pass a stall selling them.

Actually there is nothing spectacular with these hotcakes. These are just generic ones that is present in almost all fairs and has this rubber-like feel. But with margarine and sugar as toppings, it tastes like heaven for me. And this is just the start of my hotcake-eating-days! Good thing they only cost PhP7 a piece or bargained for Php20 when you buy three.
