It was years ago when I first tasted this dessert during the debut of a classmate. I remember asking for the recipe but never had the chance to try it since then. It was only today that that recipe came back to mind (upon finding some Knox gelatin sachets in the pantry and a can of corn kernels).
So it was another on the spot dessert-making-day for me. And plans of making another one soon since I find it addicting. Though this recipe is not actually the same as the one I had before since that one was sort of spongy-creamy.
