This is simply frozen oatmeal (cooked oats with milk and sugar) with mamon tostado. Just another one of those experiments I made. Usually leftover drinks are placed in the freezer overnight and they become frozen in the morning making them instant "ice cream". So why not try oatmeal, I asked. This one's not any leftover, I made an oatmeal just for this purpose.
The resulting "ice cream" has this sorbetes consistency; sort of rich and sticky unlike the regular ice cream that is just "frothy". This can be attributed to the oats when overcooked, I guess. It was so plain that adding these mamon tostado were just to make them more photogenic.
